The Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Navigation and Agriculture of Constanta (CCINA Constanta) is an autonomous organization, with legal personality, NGO, of public utility, apolitical, without patrimonial purpose, non-profit, created to represent, defend and support the interests of its members and the business community, in relation to public authorities and bodies in the country and abroad.
CCINA Constanţa a fost înfiinţată la iniţiativa comercianţilor din jud. Constanţa, în baza prevederilor Decretului – Lege nr. 139 din 11 mai 1990 privind camerele de comerţ şi industrie din România şi recunoscută prin Hotărârea de Guvern nr. 799/1990, fiind continuatoarea de drept a Camerei de Comerţ şi Industrie Constanţa, desfiinţată abuziv prin Decretul nr. 74/1949. În prezent, CCINA Constanţa funcţionează şi este organizată în baza legii nr. 335 din 3 decembrie 2007 – Legea camerelor de comerţ din România.
